I worked as the designer on a team commissioned by Pollen Health to develop an eLearning module for GSK Vaccines to aid in their shift towards customer-centricity. This family of icons, used throughout to represent different types of customers, was designed to reflect the humanistic nature of the subject.

GSK did have some existing icons for this eLearning module but they were in need of an update. The brief, to keep the same colour scheme and general level of detail whilst making the icons more friendly and personable.

The fact that they were eyeless seemed a little odd when they were intended to have a personable tone shining through.

By removing the arms the focus is drawn to the unique parts of the icon, in turn, helping to set each one apart.
